Our client is a world-leading FMCG company with a strong presence in the industry. They are currently looking for an (Assistant) Trade Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives to lead the brand growth.

about the job.

  • You will be reporting directly to Trade Marketing Manager
  • Develop shopping marketing strategies, convert brand missions and commercial objectives to go-to-market plans for various channels and execute BTL activities
  • Organize in-store sampling activities, managing contracts, budgets, and promoters, and conducting post-evaluations.
  • Create and plan trade promotional materials that are in line with brand strategies.
  • Identify customer and shopper insights and translate them into business-building opportunities within specific customers and channels.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Sales teams to ensure effective execution of pricing, promotions, and category management.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify competitor and consumer trends, providing actionable insights.

skills & experiences required.

  • Degree holder with 2+ years of experience in trade marketing preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience dealing with Nielson data, data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good team player, mature and presentable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager position.
